About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing potential real estate transactions, developing financial models, and participating in investment committee meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support investment managers in the analysis of potential real estate transactions, including residential, office, retail, and industrial assets.
  • Develop and validate financial models related to real estate investments, including debt and equity transactions.
  • Analyze cash flows and project returns, as well as the impact of different assumptions on performance.
  • Analyze investment risks and participate in due diligence processes.
  • Participate in presenting investment opportunities at weekly Real Estate Management Investment Committee meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate, combined with strong analytical skills.
  • M.Sc. in Finance, MBA, CA, or CFA designation are assets.
  • Up to two years of relevant experience in real estate analysis.
  • High level of proficiency with computer tools, including MS Office.
  • Good communication skills in English and French (or willingness to learn).
