Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems
  • Type and proofread various documents and correspondence
  • Conduct data entry tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain and manage a digital database
  • Consult with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support
