About Azzi Physiotherapy Professional Corporation

We are a dynamic and growing physiotherapy clinic seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Office Secretary-Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our physiotherapists and staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, greet patients, and handle scheduling and appointment bookings.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to determine patient needs and develop a plan for their care.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless care and services.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French) required.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
