Position Overview

At League, we empower our clients to deliver engaging and tailored health experiences to their users through our innovative platform. The Senior Product Manager for Applications and Solutions (A&S) plays a crucial role in shaping the long-term vision and strategic roadmaps for our most intricate applications.
In this capacity, you will be tasked with fostering robust relationships with client executives and fellow product managers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their priorities, facilitating seamless implementations, and delivering features with expert product insights and timely communication.

This role may involve collaboration with multiple clients or prospects, adapting to the evolving needs of League. You will focus on solutions that utilize the extensive capabilities of the League platform. When bespoke solutions are necessary, you will collaborate with design, engineering, strategy, and your product colleagues to develop engaging and cohesive solutions that promote healthier lifestyles.

You will also monitor client metrics to assess solution performance and contribute to organizational product reviews, sharing your expertise on the developments led by other product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the roadmap for various A&S clients, identifying opportunities for new capabilities or enhancements to existing functionalities. Cultivate client relationships by educating them on League solutions and advocating for their vision and needs within the organization. Conduct product discovery, gather product requirements, and solicit engineering insights to create strategic and compelling solution definitions. Act as a subject matter expert on the capabilities of the League platform. Proactively manage and prioritize the backlog of enhancements. Track engagement with the applications under your management and identify opportunities to create additional value and surpass our objectives. Communicate effectively, clearly articulating trade-offs to both internal and external leadership. Define requirements and value propositions for custom features and complex capability deployments. Monitor application performance and identify avenues for increased value creation. Collaborate with Customer Success to serve as the primary Product Management contact for our clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management. Experience in digital healthcare, particularly within the Payer market, is essential. Exceptional client management abilities, ensuring accurate requirement capture, clear communication, and relationship development. Proficient in balancing client requests with organizational objectives. Expertise in feature solutioning, including gathering feedback from internal stakeholders. Experience collaborating with large engineering teams, including System Integrators. Familiarity with platform companies or platform implementation. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Commitment to refining feedback loops regarding product development. Proven experience working with large corporate clients and engaging with corporate leaders. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and business acumen. Ability to quickly adapt and gain proficiency in unfamiliar areas. Thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift rapidly.

Security Responsibilities:

Adhere to Information Security Policies. Comply with League's secure coding practices. Be accountable for executing League's policies and procedures. Report any incidents, breaches, or policy violations to HR, Legal, Compliance, and Security.

Note for Canadian Applicants: The compensation range for this full-time position in Canada is exclusive of bonuses, equity, and benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries across all Canadian locations, determined by job-related skills and experience.
