About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager of Manufacturing to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a champion of high performance, you will be responsible for leading daily operation activities in production departments, ensuring the safe execution of activities while maintaining quality and consistency of product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and engagement objectives.
  • Identify and implement measures to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including Quality Assurance, Production Planning, Health Safety & Environment, Finance, Engineering, and Maintenance.
  • Partner with the Director, Operations to develop strategic plans, including workforce and capacity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including effective investigations, validation protocols, change controls, and SOP/process updates.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure compliance with GMP practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related industry.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or a relevant industry, including food, health care, pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience managing large teams of 100+ employees and successfully coaching and mentoring teams to succeed.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to engage and excite diverse teams to identify common goals, drive consensus, and manage conflict.
  • Exceptional change management skills, with the ability to adopt and implement tools and programs.
  • Proven ability to develop and build high-performing teams and strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
  • A high degree of accountability for results, striving to meet and exceed expectations.
