About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI/CO Analyst to join our team at Magna. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for implementing and providing support for FICO (Finance and Controlling) systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including month-end closing and user support.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze business requirements and identify feasible solutions within the SAP framework.
  2. Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup, or code, and provide day-to-day SAP end-user support.
  3. Create a positive work environment by sharing functional and technical knowledge, and complete other duties as required by the Manager.
  4. Ensure global support, time tracking, and documentation according to Magna IT standards.
  5. Design practical, creative, and conceptual technical solutions for business requirements, balancing technology, cost, and implementation timeline.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, systems training, systems design, technical support, or applications programming.
  • Must have worked on FICO modules in SAP and have a good understanding of Finance and Controlling modules.
  • 3 to 5 years of SAP FICO experience.
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Able to configure and support in FICO (S/4 HANA) modules in SAP.
  • Skilled in SAP Report Writer.
  • Experience in SAP implementation and development of SAP configurations.
  • Project and Time Management Skills.
