Financial Systems Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OneStream Support Analyst to join our team at Magna. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide functional and/or technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users experiencing issues with the OneStream platform.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of reported problems.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis of incidents and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the OneStream application, including user access, security settings, data integration, and system upgrades.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and user guides.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and develop training materials to promote user adoption and maximize system utilization.
- Stay up to date with the latest features, enhancements, and best practices in the OneStream platform.
- Participate in system testing, including regression testing, to ensure the stability and reliability of the OneStream application.
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Previous experience as a support analyst or similar role, preferably with exposure to implementing enterprise systems or tools, and experience in supporting end-users.
- Familiarity with EPM software systems, such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and the ability to perform basic data validation and reconciliation within various enterprise tools.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing satisfactory support and assistance to end-users.
- A desire to continuously learn and improve your skills in EPM software systems.
