**Role Summary**:
As the Manager Finance - Continuous Improvement, you will be at the forefront of driving positive change within the Finance function and across the organization, enabling greater efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insights. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success in the rapidly evolving business landscape.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Process Optimization, Efficiency, and Systems Implementation**:
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the Finance function and other cross-functional interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing Finance processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement streamlined and efficient processes to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders in the implementation of new financial systems and technologies to enhance efficiency and data integrity within the Finance function.
- Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and user adoption of new systems.
**Company-wide Standardization Projects**:
- Lead and facilitate company-wide standardization projects to harmonize financial processes and reporting across various departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project completion within established timelines.
**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Knowledge and Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are advantageous.
**Work Experience**
- Proven experience in Finance transformation projects, process improvement, and change management within a large organization.
**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools. Strong SAP FI/CO knowledge is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management expertise with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
