SAP Systems Analyst - Permanent Position

Exempt Level 5 - $62,088 to $79,812 per annum

**Start Date**: Immediate

**Hours**: 35 hours per week

**Location**: Catholic Education Centre

**Position Summary**:
Under the direction of the HRIS Manager, the SAP Systems Support (Analyst) reviews and updates staff information in SAP and ensures data transfers to a variety of software is accurate and reliable.

**Major Responsibilities**:
Developing and implementing new processes, programs and systems for efficient HR management.

Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.

Review, analyze, verify and validate SAP/SFE information to ensure data entered is accurate and update where necessary.

Enhance quality of data by investigating, testing and resolving any discrepancies in data transferred to/from other systems as well as produce various reports to ensure adherence to Board and HR policies and procedures.

Compile, validate and reconcile reports for various stakeholders as needed.

Coach, train and provide front-line end-user to board staff on the use of HR systems as well as provide user access, maintain staff information and troubleshoot issues.

Document HRIS process and resolve end-user issue tickets.

Investigate and address system efficiencies and enhancements. Review processes, procedures, recommend improvements related to HR systems.

Respond to inquiries by HR staff and Employees pertaining to data in SAP and investigate problems that arise.

Update HR Department web landing pages.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
College Diploma in Business Administration or related field

2 to 3 years of previous work experience in Human Resources with SAP HCM

Experience in coding (ABAP), Interface Programming, Scripting and Data Conversions is desired.

Knowledge of SAP and Smart Find Express software.

**Skills and Competencies**:
Excel expertise, mastery over formulas, VBA programming and other features for complex tasks.

Attention to detail.

Strong communication, organization and time management skills.

Solid working level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
