This role focuses on delivering support to LendCare customers regarding their personal loan inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and thrive in a collaborative professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction provides a superior experience.
  • Handle both outbound and inbound calls to assist customers with pre-approved personal loan offerings tailored to their needs.
  • Address customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels including phone, chat, and email.
  • Assess customer needs and efficiently resolve any issues.
  • Take ownership of problems from start to finish.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of our services.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and French is essential.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Availability for full-time work.
