About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our partners across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and ensure that our partners receive the highest level of service quality.
  • Respond to partner inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ask insightful questions to identify partner needs and efficiently resolve issues.
  • Take ownership of resolving issues from start to finish.
  • Provide world-class customer service during every interaction.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services and products.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Experience in a customer-facing measured work environment is considered an asset.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a call center environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to create memorable customer experiences.
  • Achievement and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and operate with integrity – really care for customers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, and Outlook), strong keyboarding skills, and an ability to learn and master new software programs.
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt to change in a fast-paced environment, and work independently (self-motivated).
  • Full-time availability to work on-site at our office.
