Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring our partners receive the quality assistance they expect.
- Address inquiries and requests from partners through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
- Utilize effective questioning techniques to understand partner needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Take ownership of problems, guiding them to resolution from start to finish.
- Provide exemplary service during every interaction with customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center setting is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating memorable customer experiences.
- Results-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach, demonstrating integrity in all interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and capable of learning new software quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Availability for full-time work.
