Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring our partners receive the quality assistance they expect.
  • Address inquiries and requests from partners through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
  • Utilize effective questioning techniques to understand partner needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Take ownership of problems, guiding them to resolution from start to finish.
  • Provide exemplary service during every interaction with customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both English and French.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center setting is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Results-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach, demonstrating integrity in all interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and capable of learning new software quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Availability for full-time work.
