We are currently seeking Bilingual Customer Support Representatives who are dedicated to providing outstanding service to our partners across the nation. This role is essential in our business-to-business operations, assisting our partners with their inquiries and ensuring they receive the highest quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring our partners consistently receive the service quality they expect.
- Address partner inquiries and requests through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
- Utilize effective questioning techniques to identify partner needs and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Take ownership of issues and ensure they are resolved from start to finish.
- Provide top-tier customer service during every interaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services to assist partners effectively.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating memorable customer experiences.
- Results-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Empathetic and compassionate, demonstrating integrity in all interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and possess strong typing skills.
- Able to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment while working independently.
- Full-time availability is required.
