About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Bilingual Partner Support Specialist. As a key member of our Partner Support team, you will serve as the primary liaison for our valued merchant partners across Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate support to merchant partners, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
  • Diagnose and resolve partner issues with a solution-oriented approach, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services and products.
  • Communicate effectively with partners through various channels.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • At least a year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Computer savvy and able to learn internal software.
  • Full-time availability with the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Work Schedule:

Tuesday - Friday 11am-7pm, and Saturday 9-5.
