Senior Regional Sales Manager

Position Overview

  • Direct the sales initiatives for the designated area, fostering partnerships with suppliers, uncovering new prospects, and maximizing growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the sales team achieves objectives by assessing performance and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee operational budgets and forecasts, collaborating closely with Branch Managers to meet financial targets.
  • Manage personnel, guide recruitment and training efforts, and uphold a secure work environment.
  • Guarantee adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Refine business processes to improve customer service and align with corporate strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years in a management role.
  • Proven success in enhancing profitability and generating new business opportunities.
  • Robust financial acumen with the ability to articulate results using metrics such as EBITDA.
  • Valid Driver's License.
