We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Sentinel Storage. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a region of 5-8 locations, planning and implementing key responsibilities and practices to ensure smooth operations, and reviewing store environments and key business indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a region of 5-8 locations
  • Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities and practices to store teams
  • Review store environments and key business indicators to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Implement plans to support the execution of regional and company initiatives
  • Follow up consistently to ensure accountability to plans
  • Continuously improve the sales success of the sites throughout the year
  • Coach staff to develop and optimize all their sales opportunities
  • Ensure administrative functions are performed efficiently
  • Keep abreast of the current and future competition in the market

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales/operations management and training in retail sales and customer service
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use positive language while building relationships with new clients
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong coaching and motivating skills
  • Ability to lead in a team environment
  • Proven outstanding sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain composed during stressful situations
  • Have an inherent desire to succeed and be consistently reliable
  • A valid driver's license and daily access to a reliable vehicle
