About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer to join our team at Evolving Web. As a Proposal Writer, you will play a critical role in helping us translate client needs into meaningful proposals that drive business growth and build long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development: Manage the development of complex and strategic bids, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and showcase the quality of our work.
  • RFP Triage: Participate in the RFP triage process to identify opportunities and develop strategies for proposal development.
  • Proposal Content: Create and edit proposal content, including writing, editing, and formatting, to ensure that it meets the requirements of our clients and our company.
  • Copy and Translation: Maintain and improve existing copy and translations to ensure that our proposals are accurate and effective.
  • RFP Process: Ensure that the RFP process is thoroughly tracked and managed to ensure timely and effective proposal development.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience writing compelling content in a sales, journalism, or marketing context.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent written English, attention to detail, and the ability to write concisely.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with other contributors in the proposal-writing process.
  • Time Management: Time management skills and a strong sense of organization and prioritizing.
