About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Manager to join our team at Evolving Web. As a Proposal Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing proposals that showcase our expertise and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality proposals that meet client needs and showcase our capabilities.
  • Proposal Writing: Write and edit complex and strategic bids that demonstrate our expertise and value proposition.
  • Proposal Strategy: Develop and implement proposal strategies that drive business growth and increase our market share.
  • Proposal Management: Manage the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and develop proposals that meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in proposal development, writing, and management.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to write complex and strategic bids, and experience with proposal management software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
