Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AMI Canadian Immigration Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our consultants and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our consultants, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Outlook, and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
