Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at AMI Canadian Immigration Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by providing administrative assistance, maintaining office procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Develop and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in Google Docs, MS Outlook, and MS Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Personal Qualities and Skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
    • Organized, accurate, and reliable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Quick learner with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience and Education
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
    • Permanent full-time position with 30 to 35 hours of work per week.
    • Language of work: English.
