As a Healthcare Operations Analyst, you will utilize your technical expertise, creative problem-solving abilities, and collaborative interpersonal skills to tackle a diverse range of challenges aimed at achieving operational and customer service excellence.
In this dynamic and fast-paced setting, you will engage in various projects that may occur during the day or night.
Given the ever-evolving nature of our industry and technologies, your success in this role will depend on your ability to adapt and thrive amidst change.
On any given day, you will closely collaborate with multiple internal and external teams, provide updates and reports to management, facilitate training sessions, and take charge of significant projects involving a team of Analysts.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong computer and interpersonal skills
- Post-secondary technical diploma or certification
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- Intermediate networking knowledge
- Proficient in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Flexibility to work on a continuously adaptable schedule
- Experience in leading projects
- Proficient in G-suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
- Ability to travel within the local region and occasionally for special projects
- 5+ years of experience with Pharmacy software
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive performance bonus or sales incentive plan of 10%. Actual total compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, performance, experience, and location.
