Position Overview

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering extensive analytics services within the context of healthcare infrastructure redevelopment. This position is instrumental in supporting various healthcare projects by managing and analyzing supply chain data related to furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing analytical solutions to address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Program Manager, the Senior Analyst will:

  • Manage and analyze data to provide insights that drive operational efficiency.
  • Design and enhance reporting tools and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
  • Integrate multiple data sources to unlock value and optimize supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a supply chain analytical role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Project management and Lean certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience with SAP is highly preferred.

Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities. The position is full-time, requiring a commitment of 75 hours bi-weekly.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an hourly rate of $47.01. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance, along with a defined benefit pension plan.
