About the Opportunity

Under the direction of the Program Manager, Redevelopment Equipment of Supply Chain Operations, the Senior Analyst is a key role in providing comprehensive supply chain analytics services within a healthcare infrastructure redevelopment environment. The successful candidate will support healthcare infrastructure projects across the Province from a supply chain (furniture, fixtures, and equipment - "FF&E") perspective by managing, analyzing, and providing analytics solutions to complex business challenges. Furthermore, this role will assist in the design, building, and providing on-going enhancement to reporting, dashboards and tools to help drive business results and optimize processes. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated quick starter, who is insightful and results-oriented professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

In addition, the Senior Analyst is expected to connect various data sources to unlock value, optimize processes, and drive business changes. This is accomplished by combining a fundamental understanding of supply chain with expert skill in the use of large volumes of data and business systems to support decision-making and monitor performance of supply chain operations regarding project delivery within a supply chain project environment.

The Redevelopment Equipment - Supply Chain Operations division is responsible to provide FF&E planning, procurement, and logistics supply chain services to numerous healthcare infrastructures projects across the Province. This role provides an opportunity to work in close collaboration with various stakeholder groups, such as Nova Scotia Health Redevelopment teams, Province of Nova Scotia, external consultants, and suppliers to support successful projects delivery.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science or engineering required
  • Minimum Three (3) years' experience in a supply chain analytical role working with large volumes of complex information
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Project management certification an asset
  • Lean certification an asset
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
