Senior Sales Leader, Client Services

Cision is on the lookout for a skilled professional to spearhead our Account Management sales initiatives and enhance revenue generation. In this role, you will oversee and mentor a team to meet sales objectives while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor the sales team to exceed yearly sales goals
  • Facilitate client meetings and deliver presentations
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Provide consistent sales performance reports
  • Anticipate and forecast sales outcomes
  • Engage with clients and internal partners
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies
  • Strong communication skills with clients
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Work Environment:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel to client sites
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Regular travel across the country

Collaboration:

  • Internal: VP of Sales and Sales Team
  • External: Clients and Industry Experts
