Job Summary

Broadridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Canadian market.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales executives and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management at client sites and within Broadridge.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current and planned product developments and ensure that sales teams are equipped to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Marketing Support: Work closely with the VP, Sales Canada to review and approve marketing plans for new products and services.
  • Recruitment and Training: Participate in the recruitment and training process for new sales associates to ensure they understand the regulatory frameworks and applicability of Broadridge products and services.
  • Industry Events: Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry-related events to strengthen existing relationships, develop new relationships, and promote Broadridge products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of extensive sales experience in the Investor Relations/Corporate Secretary/Transfer Agency industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Skills: Superior verbal and written skills in English, proven ability to maintain and build client and internal relationships, extensive networking skills, and adept in use of presentation and communication software.
