We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Retail Services Leader to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our Retail Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading one of Canada's largest Retailers in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods space.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage relationships with Retail clients, ensuring strategic alignment and leveraging NielsenIQ's assets to enable Retailers to deliver Strategic Objectives.
- Require Financial Acumen to build out 3-year plans, accurately forecast revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct effective contract negotiations for long-term cooperation with Retailers.
- Provide strong leadership to teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize resource allocation for maximum client satisfaction, team development, and associate engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Math, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Strategy, Analytic consulting, preferably in the CPG/Retail sectors.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and client engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with NielsenIQ products is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and teamwork skills.
- Awareness of the changing dynamics in Retail and the impact technology, AI, and machine learning, Cloud, etc. are having.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in project management and organization.
- Results-driven, proactive, and open to new ideas and ongoing learning opportunities.
- Experience with Loyalty and Customer Data Analytics an asset.
