Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Retail Services Leader to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our Retail Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading one of Canada's largest Retailers in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods space.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Retail clients, ensuring alignment with NielsenIQ's assets and goals.
  2. Financial Acumen: Build and manage 3-year plans, accurately forecast revenue, and achieve sales targets.
  3. Contract Negotiations: Conduct effective contract negotiations with Retailers to secure long-term cooperation.
  4. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  5. Resource Allocation: Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize resource allocation for maximum client satisfaction, team development, and associate engagement.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Math, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 7+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Strategy, Analytic consulting, preferably in the CPG/Retail sectors.
  3. Skills: Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, strong leadership and client engagement abilities, familiarity with NielsenIQ products, excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and teamwork skills.
  4. Knowledge: Awareness of the changing dynamics in Retail and the impact of technology, AI, machine learning, and Cloud.
  5. Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in project management and organization.
  6. Results-Driven: Results-driven, proactive, and open to new ideas and ongoing learning opportunities.
