Position Overview

The Law Offices of Arman Khan is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in a dynamic legal environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and enhancing the efficiency of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Tasks: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
  • Financial Management: Plan and oversee budgetary allocations and expenditures.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee and guide other staff members.
  • Documentation: Record and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain effective office protocols and routines.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Contract Management: Handle contracts and related documentation.
  • Communication: Answer and relay telephone calls and electronic inquiries.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Inventory Control: Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel itineraries and make necessary reservations.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and review various projects and programs.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Technical Proficiency
