Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and perform the same tasks as the team members.
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review tasks for team members.
  • Recruit and train new staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to maintain service quality.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies to support operations.
Supervisory Scope

This role involves supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
