Position Overview

The Hospitality Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery within the hotel environment. This position requires a blend of leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and perform the same duties as the team members being supervised.
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain service quality.
  • Manage inventory by requisitioning materials and supplies as needed.
