Position Overview

The Hotel Managing Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services at Tapestery Collection By Hilton. This position involves overseeing daily activities and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and perform the same tasks as the team members you oversee.
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of staff members.
  • Recruit and train new employees on their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain service quality.
  • Order and manage inventory of materials and supplies.
Supervisory Scope

This role involves managing a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
