- Coordinate, assign, and review the work of team members to maintain high standards of service.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Ensure the operational efficiency of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary.
- Manage inventory and requisition supplies to support hotel operations.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
- Strong client focus and dependability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and initiative.
- Organized and capable of exercising sound judgment.
- A collaborative team player with interpersonal awareness.

- This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Work language is English.
