Position Overview

The Hospitality Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of hotel operations. This position requires a blend of leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily activities of front desk staff and perform similar duties as those supervised.
  • Assist guests with specific needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of team members to maintain high standards of service.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ensure the operational efficiency of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary.
  • Manage inventory and requisition supplies to support hotel operations.
Work Environment
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
