Position OverviewThe Consultant in Redevelopment Space and Leasing Services is tasked with the comprehensive management and oversight of projects within the Facilities, Protection, and Logistics (FPL) Portfolio. This role involves the strategic direction, coordination, and execution of various projects, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Responsibilities include:
- Managing projects ranging from minor requests to large-scale redevelopment initiatives.
- Overseeing space planning, lease management, and renovation activities.
- Collaborating with the Manager of Redevelopment & Leasing Services to identify and prioritize projects.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday.
Qualifications• A bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering is required; a master's degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of three years of experience in leading strategic or performance improvement projects is essential.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in project management related to capital redevelopment, construction management, and technology is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is a valuable asset.
• Proficiency in program planning and strategic development is necessary.
• Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and project management software are required.
• Familiarity with drafting software, such as AutoCAD, is beneficial.
• Demonstrated expertise in LEAN methodologies, project management, and change management is expected.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
