Position Title: Consultant in Redevelopment Space and Leasing Services

Role Overview

The Consultant in Redevelopment Space and Leasing Services is tasked with the comprehensive management, direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and successful completion of projects within the Facilities, Protection, and Logistics (FPL) Portfolio. This role ensures alignment with the strategic objectives and goals of the department and organization. Projects may range from minor requests necessitating personalized attention to substantial redevelopment or equipment installation initiatives, encompassing various aspects such as space planning, lease administration, redevelopment, and renovations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering is required. A master's degree in a related discipline is advantageous.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading strategic and/or performance improvement projects is essential.

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

• Experience in project management related to Capital Redevelopment, Capital Equipment, Construction Management, and Technology is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is considered an asset.

• In-depth knowledge of program planning and strategic planning methodologies.

• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, relational database, visual management software, project management software, and simulation modeling software.

• Familiarity with drafting software applications, such as AutoCAD.

• Demonstrated expertise in LEAN methodologies, project management, and change management.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of system/process redesign methodologies and evaluation design.

• Experience in data management, analysis, and statistical manipulation.

• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems across various hospital and community settings.

• Excellent team-building and group process management skills.

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional interpersonal and facilitation skills.

• High levels of initiative, patience, prioritization, and organizational skills.
