Lead Supply Chain Analyst

The Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering extensive supply chain analytics services within a healthcare infrastructure redevelopment framework. Reporting to the Program Manager of Redevelopment Equipment in Supply Chain Operations, this position is integral to supporting healthcare infrastructure initiatives across the region from a supply chain perspective, specifically focusing on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Manage, analyze, and provide analytical solutions to intricate business challenges.
- Assist in the design, development, and continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics to enhance business outcomes and streamline processes.
- Integrate various data sources to unlock insights, optimize workflows, and facilitate business transformations.
- Utilize a strong understanding of supply chain principles combined with expertise in handling large datasets and business systems to inform decision-making and evaluate supply chain performance.
This role involves close collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups, including internal teams, external consultants, and suppliers, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a supply chain analytical capacity, adept at managing large volumes of complex data.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Project management and Lean certifications are advantageous.
- Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
