Position OverviewThe Consultant in Redevelopment Space and Leasing Services will oversee the management, direction, coordination, and execution of projects within the Facilities, Protection, and Logistics Portfolio. This role involves ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational strategies. Responsibilities will encompass a range of projects, from minor requests to large-scale redevelopment initiatives, including space planning, lease management, and renovations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate various projects within the FPL portfolio.
- Ensure project execution aligns with departmental goals.
- Oversee space planning and lease management activities.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Redevelopment & Leasing Services.
• An undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering is required. A Master's degree in a related field is an asset.
• A minimum of three years of experience in leading strategic or performance improvement projects is essential.
• Project management experience in Capital Redevelopment, Construction Management, and Technology is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are considered assets.
• Strong skills in program planning, strategic planning, and project management software are required.
