Overview of the Property Specialist Role:

Resident Advocate:

As the primary point of contact, foster strong relationships and ensure excellence by addressing resident concerns to enhance satisfaction.

Leasing Expert:

Take charge of the leasing process from the initial inquiry through to the onboarding of new residents. Actively monitor vacancies and strive to meet leasing objectives.

Operations Leader:

Oversee service administration, manage payment collections, conduct property inspections, and facilitate resident transitions.

Qualifications for Success:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to fulfill business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and meet performance targets.
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with a proven track record in a fast-paced setting.
