Are you enthusiastic about logistics coordination?

XTL is actively looking for a Logistics Coordinator to enhance our operations. In this role, you will oversee client interactions, facilitate effective order processing, and maintain a steady freight supply. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to pinpoint and cultivate growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Maintain daily communication with current clients to fortify relationships and ensure reliable freight supply, onboard new clients, generate and analyze service and volume reports, engage in service level discussions, address shipment inquiries, manage EDI and order entry, and coordinate pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Sales Collaboration: Share operational insights with sales representatives, identify and pursue new opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of four, working in conjunction with carriers and junior logistics planners.
Work Schedule:

Evening shift, Monday to Friday, from 13:00 to 22:00

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated adaptability and initiative;
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities;
  • Flexibility to adjust to evolving work demands;
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or warehousing;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AS400 software;
  • Bilingual in oral and written communication;
  • Subject to a criminal background check.
