Job Description:
As an Export Logistics Coordinator, you will work closely with the shipping and inventory team to provide timely escalation of issues and resolve them efficiently. You will communicate and coordinate with maritime shipping lines, freight forwarders, truckers, and shipping yards to make bookings according to sales contract terms.
You will handle bookings, e-manifesting, Bills of Lading, and freight invoices, prepare and approve export-related shipping documents, and confirm accuracy and perform data input. You will also obtain loading pictures on all shipments and provide them to customers upon request.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or handling FCL/LCL Ocean export
- Knowledge of export regulations, CAED/AES, and full understanding of Incoterms
- Ability to work with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Organizational skills, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
