About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Agricultural Banking Leader to join our team as a Relationship Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Relationship Managers to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Motivate a Team: Proactively manage and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business development and sales goals.
  • Performance Management: Proactively manage the performance of the Managing Director and Area Relationship Managers within the region.
  • Succession Planning: Manage succession and career development of key employees.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, select, and hire Relationship Managers and Associates across the franchise.
  • Industry Expertise: Be a relevant sector knowledge expert within the agricultural industry, supporting the team with expertise and informing stakeholders.
  • Business Growth: Accountable for business growth and profitability of the Relationship Management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 10+ Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience in ag-related financial services.
  • Agricultural Expertise: Must love agriculture and understand the producer experience.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience, including leading sales teams and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Canadian Experience: Must have Canadian experience and ability to travel regionally and globally, more than 50%.
