About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Relationship Management to join our team at Rabobank Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Relationship Managers in relation to business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Relationship Managers to achieve business growth and profitability.
  • Proactively manage the performance of the Managing Director and Area Relationship Managers within the region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer relationships.
  • Be a sector knowledge expert within the agricultural industry, providing expertise and support to the team.
  • Accountable for the commercial performance of the Relationship Management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience in ag-related financial services.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and the producer experience.
  • Ability to travel regionally and globally, more than 50%.
