Job Title: Director - Relationship Management - Prairie

At Rabobank, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director - Relationship Management - Prairie to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural banking division, you will be responsible for leading a team of relationship managers in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers to achieve business growth and profitability.
  • Proactively manage the performance of the managing director in the area relationship managers within the region.
  • Manage succession and career development of key employees.
  • Identify, select, and hire relationship managers and associates across the franchise.
  • Be a sector knowledge expert within the agricultural industry, supporting the team with expertise and informing other stakeholders.
  • Accountable for business growth and profitability of the relationship management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of ag-related financial services experience.
  • Must love agriculture and understand the producer experience.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Must have led sales teams and be willing to travel extensively.
  • Must have Canadian experience.
  • Ability to travel regionally and globally, more than 50%.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of CAD $150,000 to $200,000.
