Sales Representative, Business Solutions Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Le Groupe Master. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and boosting equipment sales in the HVAC-R industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers and consulting engineers in the HVAC-R industry.
- Visit customers and worksites to promote company products and services.
- Select equipment in design documents and ensure that products are specified.
- Conduct visits and presentations with consulting engineers to promote company products.
- Analyze and qualify projects submitted by the internal team.
- Check and participate in preparing product equivalence tables.
- Promote company equipment, ventilation, and heating products.
- Act as a leader and coach for the internal support and estimation team.
- Be involved throughout the sales process.
- Submit bids for pre-purchasing equipment.
- Make technical drawings, specifying company products when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in building mechanic with experience in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Experience in technical sales.
- Contact network in HVAC-R is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to travel within specified territory.
