Sales Representative, Business Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Le Groupe Master. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the HVAC-R industry.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners in the HVAC-R industry.
- Visit customers and worksites to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Select and specify equipment in design documents to meet customer requirements.
- Work closely with consulting engineers to ensure that products are specified correctly.
- Analyze and qualify projects to be submitted by the internal team.
- Prepare product equivalence tables and promote equipment supported by Le Groupe Master.
- Act as a leader and coach for the internal support and estimation team.
- Be involved throughout the sales process and submit bids for pre-purchasing equipment.
- Make technical drawings and specify company products when needed.
- Diploma in building mechanics with experience in the HVAC-R industry.
- Experience in technical sales and a strong understanding of the HVAC-R industry.
- Contact network in the HVAC-R industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to travel within specified territory and occasional travel to Sudbury offices.
