Key Responsibilities- Client Experience: Welcome, engage with, and meet the needs of our clients and visitors on-site, managing and prioritizing telephone and email communications in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with busy Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to oversee the client order administration, process payment, manage bank deposits, billing & payments as needed.
- Coordination: Manage all the details to ensure timing, information, and expectations are accurate, transparent, and communicated to all parties involved, following up with clients to confirm all paperwork, such as rental agreements, quotes, and client record is complete and accurate.
- Experience: You have worked in a fast-paced office environment or a customer-facing role, with experience in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and navigating databases.
- Interpersonal Skills: You love building relationships with people and can work with customers to find the best solutions to fit their needs, with professional and flexible communication skills.
- Additional Requirements: You have a clean criminal background check and are bondable.
