Bilingual Commercial Mortgage Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join our team at CMLS Financial. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end administration of commercial mortgage portfolios, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the life cycle of commercial mortgage portfolios, from origination to maturity.
- Process and administer commercial servicing transactions, including loan advances, borrower and investor requests, and CMHC documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports to support business decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Results-driven with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in analytical and numerical skills, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (preferred).
- Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Math, Accounting, Insurance, or Economics, or nearing completion.
- Experience in the banking, credit union, or financial services industry is an asset.
