Quality Assurance Specialist, Commercial Mortgage Operations

About the Role:
CMLS Financial is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Commercial Mortgage Operations team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our commercial mortgage loan files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze commercial mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas of opportunity and weakness in our quality assurance processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement quality assurance guidelines and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Work with the management team to implement process and internal control improvements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, audit, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
