Bilingual Commercial Mortgage Operations Specialist
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000/yr

Key Responsibilities:
Comprehend the mortgage portfolio life cycle. Oversee comprehensive Commercial Servicing administration tasks and operations, including post-funding transactions, loan advances, and various stakeholder requests. Facilitate diverse interactions with both internal and external parties. Gather and evaluate documentation to fulfill business needs. Identify and create reports for stakeholders to support critical business decisions. Recognize the significance of compliance in the current market landscape. Stay informed about market research and trends.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Results-oriented with exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical and numerical proficiency. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications. Exhibits professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity. Passionate about the real estate lending sector. Self-driven, process-focused, and possesses robust administrative and operational skills. Takes ownership and accountability for tasks, able to meet tight deadlines while handling sensitive information discreetly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (preferred). Undergraduate degree or nearing completion in Real Estate, Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, Insurance, or Economics.
