Bilingual Commercial Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Operations
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000/yr

Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the mortgage portfolio lifecycle.
- Manage the complete spectrum of Commercial Servicing administration tasks: including post-funding transactions, loan disbursements, and handling inquiries from borrowers, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Facilitate various interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect and evaluate documentation to fulfill business requirements.
- Generate and analyze reports for stakeholders to assist in making critical business decisions.
- Recognize the significance of compliance in the current market landscape.
- Stay informed about market research and trends.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Results-oriented with exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities, demonstrating keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and numerical proficiency.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exhibits professionalism, sound judgment, and integrity.
- Passionate about the real estate lending sector.
- Self-driven, process-focused, and possesses robust administrative and operational skills.
- Takes ownership and accountability for tasks, able to meet stringent deadlines while managing sensitive information discreetly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (preferred).
- Holds an undergraduate degree or is nearing completion in fields such as Real Estate, Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, Insurance, or Economics.
- Previous experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services is advantageous.
