Role Summary:
As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Vice President of Legal Affairs and the Corporate Secretary. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative and legal tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of the legal department.

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary in both administrative and legal functions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for team members regarding ongoing projects and important deadlines.
  • Organize travel arrangements and coordinate meetings efficiently.
  • Review, revise, and maintain contractual documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for commercial events, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
  • Oversee office supplies and manage departmental operations to enhance productivity.
